Privacy Policy
This policy explains how FitnessGuard and TechXellency handle information in the platform. It is intended as a practical product policy for launch readiness and should be reviewed with legal counsel before full production rollout.
What we collect
FitnessGuard collects the information needed to operate the platform, including account details, tenant branding settings, client records, scheduling data, payment records, progress metrics, and support inquiries.
How we use information
We use data to deliver the FitnessGuard product, maintain security, support tenant-specific experiences, improve accountability workflows, respond to inquiries, and meet legal or operational obligations.
Tenant data and isolation
FitnessGuard is built as a multi-tenant SaaS product. Each coach business operates within its own tenant boundary, and tenant-owned data is intended to remain isolated from other tenant workspaces.
Email and notifications
We may send transactional emails and in-app notifications for onboarding, reminders, billing, support, and other product-critical communication. Marketing outreach is handled separately from product-required notifications.
Security and retention
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect FitnessGuard data. We retain records for operational, support, audit, and compliance purposes for as long as reasonably necessary.
